All the images on the Murray Wren Archive website remain the copyright of Hawk Editorial Ltd and are for private use. For commercial licensing please get in touch via the Contact page.
Any similar images circulating online or in physical format, and which are not for sale via this website, are unofficial and do not form part of the Murray Wren Archive.
No rights are conferred in the purchase of a print from the Murray Wren Archive. You must not use, copy, modify or share these images in any manner.
Delivery
We use Royal Mail’s standard second-class service within the UK, and Royal Mail Priority international mail. Post is free within the UK; charges apply elsewhere.
For physical prints that are produced to order, please allow at least seven working days for delivery, and longer for canvases.
VAT
For all orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price.
Returns
Digital downloads are non-refundable.
All images in the Murray Wren Archive have been carefully edited to improve their quality and remove the inevitable blemishes that occur with age – the photos are at least 20 years old, and the majority considerably more. Do not expect the final images to match the standards of modern digital photography.
A3 prints and larger-size canvases are produced from images that have been blown up from smaller original photos, so they are not pin-sharp. They have, however, been worked on to ensure the highest quality possible.
The colour settings and the type of your computer monitor you use to view your image have an influence on the perception of how an image should look when printed. You should be aware that images viewed in the majority of web browsers are not colour accurate, and that prints may look slightly different. As we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor, we will not accept colour reproduction as a valid reason for return.
Printed items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned, but damaged or incorrect items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for reposting returned orders.
Damage
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any damage that may have occurred during transit. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage to us.
